DK Donuts in Haines City

Requested a dozen with filling and a dozen with out filling I get home and only got four with filling I called them and their excuse Is I got all their old donuts and had only four with filling . They could have let me know that I am buying old donuts and I could of only bought what they had .They say the fresh doughnuts Re maid at 4:30 am.very disappointed.

Get coffee while you shop chocolates next door. Good deal. Place is nice and clean

Great way to be open to the other side that is a Webb’s ice cream and candy shop- You get your donuts and ice cream in one visit. Love it.

Went there specifically for the Apple n spice donut only to get them without filling. You can see the hole where they should have been filled but there is nothing inside. Won't be going back.

Food was good, service was good. Had one issue with our order but they fixed it pretty quickly, that's all you can ask for. God bless you 🙏✝️❤

every night they don't have Donuts they don't make enough donuts for the evening every time I go by ask for a jelly donuts old fashioned donuts glay Donuts always tells me they don't have Donuts Bastyr business need to buy another Dunkin Donuts somewhere else

Drive thru is disorganized, had to give my order 4 times and they still got it wrong. Then I had to wait for it for over 10 mins for them to bring it out to the car and she still forgot my coffee.

THE MANAGER SHOULD STEP UP READ THESE REVIEWS AND MAKE A CHANGE FOR THE BETTER!!!

We actually preferred the savory here if you can believe it. The food was tasty, the establishment clean and the staff friendly.

I recently moved to the area and this is the closest Dunkin’ but it’s been the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been too! I’ve been coming everyday for the past week before work and I’ve been service water coffee that don’t even taste like coffee, they have pour the wrong favor in my coffee twice already and I’ve been service cold food!! I really don’t recommend no one to come here!!!!!!! Waste of money and time!!

What a great atmosphere! Whenever I go here Im always greeted with a smile and my drinks are always made perfectly! And I'm usually very picky when it comes to my morning coffee! And their holiday themed donuts are always so adorable! Definitely recommend this Dunkin 100%!

I'm a student at the school not too far away and also a regular at this Dunkin Donuts. I know most of the staff and they're cool people that know how to do their job. The food and coffee never dissatisfied me, and they remember my order. Overall, good people and good food.

Pickup coffee and maybe a sandwich most everyday for last two years since moving to area but today was unsettling and may last visit for awhilesome employees without mask, some with it around their neck and some wearing one properly with Covid 19 running wild in Florida where is the direction for these employees

Me and my wife stop yesterday night at 9:47 and all ready was close, just the drive through was open , ok we drive to the drive through and start our order we ask for donuts and don’t have , We ask for coffee and neither so please let the costumers know be for get out to the car to eat that the store are closed after 9:40 or the time you close, them don’t say the drive through is open if you don’t have nothing to offer. So what we do we call the one on Haines City on hwy 27 and have everything and great service. So not waste your time just drive to a different store after 6:00 pm

Stopped by in the afternoon for an english muffin turkey sausage egg and cheese and a cup of coffee. Everything was made speedy and delicious. Always a pleasant experience everytime I swing by!

I leave for work 20 min early so I can get my coffee. This is the only Dunkin on my way and it's terrible. If I actually have time to wait in the line ( which I usually end up leaving because I run out of time waiting) they mess up my order. Slow. I'm from Philly and was in and out of Dunkin drive thru in 3 min up there. It's rediculous how they operate. Do you know how much money they are losing from lack of speed?

my friends & i have been walking here from school for three years, we always order something & we clean up after ourselves. today we walked in & were harassed by a woman yelling "if you don't order you need to leave" when he hadn't even walked in long enough to get to the line. then when my friend & i had a question she blatantly ignored us while holding a nasty rbf at us & walking away. everyone else though, was super nice with the exception of her.

And won't be back any time soon donuts were stale not like they use to be

They have vegan options!!! Amazing!!! I can go to Dunkin Donuts and get a coffee with almond milk, a vegan breakfast sandwich on an English muffin AND hash browns while on a plant based diet. At Starbucks I’m limited to a plain bagel- no spread, and coffee. Not even a question. I used to be a Starbucks girl but now I’ve joined the America runs on Dunkin team!

I got a donut that the girl said it has white cream in the middle but when I ate it it had like a squirt of cream. That is the second time I tried it and neither one of then was good. I probably won't be going back

They have discontinued the girl scout thin mint flavor but still come in first. As always exceptionall service and fresh coffee.

Staff was friendly and timely. It’s official, Christmas season is here and the Christmas cups make it fun for all!

They honored the coupon, and the donuts are just like Dunkin everywhere. It took a while for 3 staff, all on headsets, to serve counter guests in favor of drive-thru orders, so... drive through.

Well i just left this place and it is 8:45pm but their doors are locked because of security purposes according to the girl at drive thru that made me go around in my car. Clearly everything says 9:00pm but I will take it up with the manager tomorrow. Customer service skills are no good. Not happy at all.
